We like things simple — and fair.


🚫 Change of Mind?
We don’t accept returns just because you changed your mind.
Every order is final unless we made a mistake.


🛡️ Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product (Returns)
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect — that’s on us.

  • We’ll replace it at no extra cost
  • We cover all delivery charges
  • Just send us clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery

🔄 Exchanges (If You Need a Different Option)
Need a different shade or variation?

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days
  • Product must be mostly unused (90% remaining)
  • Customer covers delivery charges for sending it back

📅 7-Day Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or report an issue.


Processing Time
All requests are handled within 3–5 working days after approval.


📦 Important Conditions

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Used/opened products are not eligible for return (hygiene reasons)
  • Claims without proof (images/videos) may not be accepted
