2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

3. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund (minus shipping costs).

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
